I blame Jalen Spencer

Why is he not playing QB ???!?!?!?!?

Jalen was 26-2 as a staring QB, and did we mention over 6,000 yards and 60 TDs. Good lord high school stats can be bonkers.

I had a hard time finding any of his QB highlights but I did find this small clip sample:

Without being at practice and seeing him play I'd say he looks like a natural runner and would look nice on the offensive side of the ball....as a dual-threat QB.

Based on the 1 throw I saw, he certainly appears to have a better arm motion than Flowers and at 6'2" he has the QB height.

 

Either way, too bad he broke his arm.
