Some joker put that USF paid $400k to McNeese to play. So what? Its not mentioned on the KSU loss to a FCS team this year. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2013_Kansas_State_Wildcats_football_team   I didn't look all the rest up but I doubt the other, what, 7 or 8 FBS losses to FCS teams had the payouts.

Those attendance figures look inflated too. No way that Ray Jay was over half full on both those games.

Ummm I think both the $ and attendance is correct - they show distributed tickets not butts in seats.
