Bulls host Pitt starting tonight. Pitt is 20-6 overall, 3-0 in conference play and a half game up on the Bulls in the conference standings.

 

We need a series win this weekend to stay at the top of the conference before we get our "bye week" from conference play.

 

Friday @ 7:00pm

Saturday @ 6:00pm

Sunday @ 11:00am

Bulls up 1-0 thru 6.

 

Got some help earlier as Seton Hall destroyed Rutgers, 15-1.

 

Louisville currently up 7-2 on Cincinnati thru 6.

Bulls take game 1, 1-0. Complete game, 3-hit, shut-out by Jimmy Herget. Great pitchers duel tonight.

Pretty much, except for Louisville and surprisingly Notre Dame, who is ranked right now.

USF's first win over a top 100 RPI team so far this year. Good start to the series. Hopefully the other pitchers took notes!
