Danny Hope was only making $970,000 while Butch Jones was making nearly twice that. I can't imagine that Purdue could have offered him enough money to justify moving and getting thrashed by Ohio State, Penn Statue, and Wisconsin year-in and year-out.

Frankly, Cincy is a better spot than Purdue or Colorado at this moment in time.

Now Wisconsin is a different beast.
