How about the out of bounds pass?

Well, the Big East refs in the booth would not even review the play.

Bingo, I thought the ACC refs did a nice job, the replay official was terrible or a closet FSU fan.

I think I remember hearing that the field officials were ACC but the replay officials were Big East.

Probably every college football fan thinks their conference's officials are bad. Notre Dame probably thinks they're all bad.
