I kind of have an issue with it, what stops him from putting larger bonus payouts in coaches contracts, because he knows he will get the same bonus?

I like the idea if he was unaware when he drew up their extensions. Otherwise the incentives could get a bit much, but I think they're reasonable.

Go compare his Salary to our budget and compare other BE AD's salary to their budget & tell me how this all adds up.

Tell me how he keeps getting increases but other departments in the athletic department cannot higher any additional staff thay they need.

Its business people, that isnt all adding up correctly
