It may be flash. I bought the NFL Rewind package. Thing would stutter and keep pausing. And this is my connection,

So I contact support. They said right click on the screen, go to settings, and on the storage option that has a folder icon, move the slider higher than 100k. Fixed it right off the bat. Not saying that is the problem, but try it. I hate Flash.
