Not sure if anyone else is paying attention to this fact, but we should be the highest remaining seed with the best remaining record unless they reseed. Keep your fingers crossed. Super regional in Tampa would be awesome!

They don't re-seed. The winner of the Gainesville regional would play the winner of the Los Angeles regional. We are the second-best "seed" in Gainesville and I believe FSU is the equivalent spot in their region. I'm pretty sure we would host against either Hofstra or SDSU -- not sure what happens if it is FSU.

I was under the impression that the NCAA selection committee made the decision where regionals would be played if both the "seeded" teams did not advance.

Be funny that we host a Super before Regionals.

Just wanted to point out that the Big East went 5-0 today and that the all mighty SEC went 4-7, already losing 1 of their 9 teams.

Also the Gainesville Regional is ranked higher than the UCLA regional. Our regional is #5 while UCLA is #12 so either way we stand a good chance at hosting a super regional! Lets go FSU beat UCLA! That game starts at 6:30pm EST. But beforr we start thinking that Lets GO Bulls!! Just Win.
