Mike Sherman wouldn't be too bad a choice. He maintained a decent team at Green Bay, seems like a good guy to shepherd a young team.

Jerry Gray, though, wtf? That one came out of left field. Former Buc, DC for Tennessee, why would they go with a DC when they just fired a HC with a defensive background? Normally you go a guy known for a concentration on the opposite side of the ball than your last guy ... that makes no sense to me.

Not saying they wouldn't, but they still have to interview a black coach. Jerry Gray fills the bill. Do you really think he is going to get the job?

He'll probably be the cheapest so I'll definitely not rule him out ... and you never know how these guys inyerview.
