That's a terrible excuse. He could have thrown those short screens he always had BJ throw when the weather was warmer. He used to coach there and know what to do in these situations

I woke up this morning with a new revelation.  I kept thinking yesterday that it was an awfully stupid comment that Holtz made yesterday about the cold and humidity.  Holtz doesn't often say things like that without good reason.

It occured to me that this was likely a message to BJ.  Holtz doesn't criticize players publicly, but he can still send a message.  Re-reading his comments with the thought that he wants BJ to grow up and stop whining, I get a different message.  Can you imagine what BJ is having to deal with on campus? 

I think this was a message to BJ to suck it up.
