We need to mimic that program.  We need to start a 10 year fund for an on-campus stadium.

Just as soon as this happens, I'm sure USF will be right on board:

Last year, Lowe and his partner in the oil business, Hunter Enis, found a way to be true to their school: They wrote a $15 million check — as did five other donors — for the $163 million transformation of Amon G. Carter Stadium into the Camden Yards of college football.
