He started classes in January at Jones County CC in Mississippi. He's there with fellow USF signee Tiger Powell. Since Montague just started in January, he's probably not playing I-A ball until spring 2013. Powell could be somewhere next fall realistically. Haven't had much luck reaching them at Jones.

I think they're aware of them. Not sure how strong the interest is. Remember, those were two Leavitt commitments. And Holtz is less of a junior college transfer type compared to Leavitt. Both positions (RB & WR) have had a lot of additions in the year they've been out of high school. Just a wait and see type thing on both ends.
