Rivals says he is 6'3", 215 lbs and runs a 4.45 40.  It also looks like we are up against Cincy, FIU and New Mexico State.  Please take a shot on this guy and close the deal Holtz.

Dumb question...does USF or any school pay for the recruits OV (ie flight, hotel, meals) or is that a NCAA violation?

I'm not 100% sure, but I would imagine the school pays for everything. I can't picture an underprivileged kid would have the money to go see (let's say 4 or 5 schools) and expect their parents to pay for everything. It would be way too expensive.
