There isn't a casino in America that would give you even money on USF vs any of those teams. If a line was put down, USF would be favored by more than 30 against any of those teams.I like Sagarin's ratings, but you really have to ignore the D1AA teams. Great to see that only 6 teams (in the entire country!) are higher ranked with less scholarships. /sarcasmIf a line was put down, USF would be favored by more than 30 against any of those teams. With USF's questionable offense, I'd take the I-AA team and the points. That's 4 TD's and a FG. Colonial & Big Sky are a couple of bottom-feeders away from being on par with CUSA in terms of top-to-bottom strength. Would you give the same odds to Memphis or UAB?I like Sagarin's ratings, but you really have to ignore the D1AA teams.Every year there's an 'upset' of a I-A by one of these teams. This year, it was JMU over Va Tech. I'm not saying it will happen every time, but it CAN and DOES happen, every year.
