Div IAA teams ranked ahead of USF

The rankings beyond say 35 or so are just completely meaningless.  There isn't a casino in America that would give you even money on USF vs any of those teams. 

If a line was put down, USF would be favored by more than 30 against any of those teams.

I like Sagarin's ratings, but you really have to ignore the D1AA teams.

Grats to USF, they move up to #7 in this week's Sagarin I-AA poll. Great to see that only 6 teams (in the entire country!) are higher ranked with less scholarships.  /sarcasm

With USF's questionable offense, I'd take the I-AA team and the points. That's 4 TD's and a FG. Colonial & Big Sky are a couple of bottom-feeders away from being on par with CUSA in terms of top-to-bottom strength. Would you give the same odds to Memphis or UAB?

Every year there's an 'upset' of a I-A by one of these teams. This year, it was JMU over Va Tech. I'm not saying it will happen every time, but it CAN and DOES happen, every year.
