Which one's better?

I have comcast now and I'm pretty happy with it, but apparently they now offer Verizon Fios? Which one it better? I think for about what I'm paying now my internet would increase by about 10 Mbps and I'd have some HD channels.

the only options I had before were comcast or direct tv.

i have comcast and it's garbage.  not just the service, but the customer service as well.

at the least, the Verizon system has a better interface and has a lot less lag compared to comcast.  there's always a three second delay whenever you want to hit any buttons with comcast. Verizon doesn't seem to have that (as much) from what I've seen at friends' houses.
