Ahh, the prevailing wind theory.

If we beat WVU, no one in their right mind will see us comig in 1st, 2nd, or 3rd in conf.  If we can beat WVU, maybe we could finish 4th or 5th.  Right now it is a question of 7th or 8th.

Don't you count on that. You said, "in their right mind". If we beat the Mountaineers, I guarantee you, the rant from the usual bi-polar group will be "Syracuse was a fluke. The Big East title is ours."  ;D

There is no Big East title this year. Never Was. Just because its not easily Cincy's or Pitt's this year doesn't mean we ever played well enough in the first 5 games to be considered.
