It may make sense to play ND in Jax, but I doubt that will happen.

A few years ago, USF tried to schedule a neutral site game with ND for Orlando in 2011, but they elected to play Army there instead. Eventually, we ended up playing @ND in 2011.

ND schedules neutral site games where they control tickets and TV rights.

They aren't looking to play an in-state team at a neutral site, unless it is part of a series.
