California is a nightmare.  Not only do we have to deal with all of the national codes when we do designs in California, we also have to deal with Title 24 regulations.

I believe that a lot of difficulties they are having with the permits is the retention pond that is currently behind right center of the baseball field. With how it looks on paper, it doesn't seem like there is enough room to make another one around there because then softball will be added and then there are buildings. Hopefully they can figure something out though because both of our teams deserve more then what they have now and they have been waiting for it for a while now.
