Big East Lacrosse is underway! The first game was a success for four of the five teams that have one under their belt so far. Notre Dame was the big winner of the week, notching a victory over #3 Duke in Durham. #1 Syracuse picked up a victory against a Denver squad in their first game with Bill Tierney at the helm. The other victories were fairly lackluster: St. Johns beat Holy Cross, and Fist Pump U. beat Wagner (here's hoping the boys from Jersey catch an L this coming week against UMBC). Villanova posted the lone loss thus far, losing to Ohio State. Georgetown and Providence open their seasons this weekend against UMCP and Presbyterian, respectively.

Anyone else watching?

why doesnt usf play in conference?

USF doesn't have varsity lacrosse.
