Still trying to figure out why there is disappointment in this class. OL needs were more than addressed with this class. Some very nice defensive pick ups to go along with a strong defensive class from 2009. We may have found a punt returner, which we sorely need.

+1

I like what we did, added some beef and picked up some solid athletes.  Can you imagine our CB's in a couple years...T-Rex and Webster!

Next year will even be better, Holtz and staff (sounds like a german sandwich) will have a full year to pull some kids.

Stinks I have to wait another month for any college football action.

Perhaps, if Torrian Wilson had made an official visit he would have ended up at USF. IMO, One of things I've seen over the years is that USF has not offered enough players and has not brought them in early enough.

UCF, WVU and numerous other teams probably offer three times as many Florida players and don't wait until the last few weeks to bring them for visits.

We were one of Torrian Wilson's favorites and we should have been able to get him to visit at some point.

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.

"There is no inherent fear among this group of players. The fear of failing drove the program from day one - the fear of failing the coaches, the fan base, the university, each teammate, themselves. Now, as we head into the biggest game in our history at home on a national stage against the highest ranked team to step on OUR field, the players are taking an introspective look at themselves. Unfortunately, I don't know if they get it. They lack the fear."
