are showing interest in South Florida. Both guys visited Louisville at the time USF was playing there. Coleman list UL, UK, USF, Providence, and Ark as schools he is considering. Dieng is a Major Sleeper and very much a High D-1 prospect that was dominate at a recent holiday tournament. He list Louisville, Marshall, Arkansas and South Florida as schools showing a lot of interest. There are more schools trying to get involved with one of the top PFs heading into the spring.

A note on Coleman is that he was impressed with the atmosphere and full house that UL showed him. Needless to say our poor attendance doesn't help our cause. However these are the kind of talented athletes we need to compete in the BE. The problem is and has been that when we fail to get them we have to play against them with the rival BE schools they sign with. Heath and company really needs to find a way to land both guys. Get Coleman and we have Jones replacement.

it would be awesome if we could pull these two guys, coleman could start right away in mercer's spot if gus is playing pf. vega what do you think our chances are of getting these two since it seems we are going up some pretty steep competition?

0% Chance if Kentucky is also recruiting the guy.

Well...they did have a packed house at UofL...but there were plenty of seats in the upper level to go around.

Plus...you had myself and a buddy of mine Running around Freedom Hall cheering for the Bulls during halftime with a huge USF flag.  I hope these guys saw that.  ;)

GO BULLS!!!

Probably true but like UL they have other guys on their radar as well. Depends on how the chips may fall. However like I'd said these are the caliber of prospects Heath has to find a way to bring into this program if we are ever going to rise up from the bottom of the Big East.

Time to stop talking about what we don't have to offer these prospects and start talking about what we can offer them and sell that.

True, but its hard when the competition has 7 NCAA Tournament championships and 2000+ wins and counting. What exactly do we have to offer besides long road trips to certain defeat? We need to prove we can win in the BE before any high profile recruit is going to come here, but on the same token, we need to recruit these guys to win. Its a vicious cycle.
