If the incident didn't happen, don't you think that more than 4 or 5 players would be coming out?  And even the players that did come out in support of Leavitt, none of them denied the original claim.  They simply said that they supported Leavitt, the incident was overblown, or talked about how Leavitt has helped them personally, which is completely irrelevant. 

Of these players that came public, Nate Allen's comments did nothing but say that CJL is a great coach and that he wanted CJL at USF.  Mistral Raymond's comments only spoke at Erskin as to why would he do this. 

Every player on that team knows that any facebook, twitter, myspace, etc status/message that they write in support of Leavitt will become a hot topic immediately, and there have only been 4 or 5 players to do this.........that means about 100 players haven't come out in Support of Leavitt.......

that is not a good ratio for CJL's sake.

We don't know if more than 4 or 5 players came out. No one knows who spoke to the investigator and there may be a gag order for those that did. We all know that McMurphy and Deumig are not going to seek those players out for comment.

Im not talking about the investigator.  From what I understand players are picked to talk to the investigator, and I would imagine that a lot more than 4 or 5 have been questioned.

What I am talking about is the facebook, myspace, twitter accounts of the players.  The Jerrell Young, Chris Robinson, Mistral Raymond, Sabbath Joseph quotes.  Those things.  Every player knows that if they post something favorable about CJL, they will instantly be sought out by Greg to comment further.  Only a few people have done so.  Or they all could simply call Greg and say their take.  There has been hardly any player support about Leavitt and his side of the story.  It does not look favorable for Leavitt, IMO.

The players could easily have been asked not to comment publicly because of the investigation. If they're team players and care about CJL and USF, it's not outside the realm of possibility that they're actually honoring that request.
