Actually, it's not Bobby. It's decidedly unclear as to what happened at all. Whether you hate Leavitt or love Leavitt, he's innocent until proven guilty.

That's the irony with DUImig. In relation to his DUI arrest, he wanted people to "wait until it all comes out" before rushing to judgement. Yet, in this case, he wants to throw that line of reasoning out the window. Ironically, he was found not guilty of the DUI but that does not mean he was innocent of it. He was so happy to point out that he was found not guilty. You know for a fact that he won't afford Leavitt the same if the investigation proves nothing.DUImig is a hypocrite and a liar.

getting a DUI knocked down to a reckless driving charge just costs money...

i know about 5 people who have gotten DUIs and were VERY CLEARLY drunk when taking their sobriety tests and walked away with a hole in their pocket and reckless driving.

As has been stated ad nauseum, most rational people realize that something happened. The contention is did it happen the way McDoofus's sources say it did .... and for his track record on that, pop over to the basketball office and ask coach Huggins how the NCAA investigation is going and doesn't he wish that Famous was here with Gus's injury and all.

As stated ... NOBODY would depend a coach that struck a player twice and coked him.
