this bowl could become a great bowl, if the circumstances are right. they have a dome in a great city.

With the exception of the Sun Bowl, we have been to the worst rated bowl games in all of college football.

I've been to Toronto-- it truly is an awesome city... in the summertime.

aS A FAN AT A BOWL, FUN IS HOW you MAKE IT. nO MATTER WHERE YOU ARE, A BOWL GAME IS FUN. dIFFERENT CITIES, NEW THINGS TO SEE, MORE PLACES TO TRY THE LOCAL CUISINE AND LIBATIONS, AND SUPPORT FOR YOUER TEAM WHEN IT COMES TO GAME TIME. So bowl games and it being bad... Nah! It's how you make it. (Sorry for the caps, my lock was on.)

Its great around Christmas-New Years too.  One of the best experiences past attendees had was renting skates and skating outside on the grounds of City Hall.  after 5 min of skating you'll warm up regardless of what the temperature is outside.
