Was it sponsored somehow? If I'm not mistaken, Muscle Milk is a whey concentrate (fairly cheap) and doesn't allow for protein synthesis as efficiently as an isolate. Hope they're not shorting our players for the sake of selling out. As far as Nesquick, don't really have an opinion on that. Chocolate milk is chocolate milk. Good balance of Protein to Carbohydrates. Depending on how much this thing costs, still doesn't seem like something we had to have. I'm not a strength coach so I don't know what they were already doing before this thing. Hopefully they were already being loaded up on Protein, Creatine, Sugar Water Powerade, etc. It's either the first step in the right direction (until we get a more comprehensive nutrition solution and get the guys away from Burger King 24/7) or just a glorified fridge. Glad to see money being spent in the name of progress, though.
