is Poplar Hall housing?  for whom?  thought student housing was on NE side of campus.  I need to take a tour.

Top photo of that set is:  Largest building is the Science Center, the building with the curved roof is the Nanotech Center, the 2 buildings on the right are part of the Engineering complex, and the orange building in the back is BioSciences

I think its for freshman. USF built it to house all the student since a new rule stating that all incoming freshman (excluding those in tampa bay area) must live on campus.  Poplar and Juniper have their own dining facility so the students that live there dont have to make the cross campus trek to get food.

USF has 3 new buildings being built right now + the basketball practice and new baseball/softball fields. USF is growing like weeds!!!!

The new Science building is going up to NES, as well and the new athletics/nutrition hasn't started yet. The thing you're probably thinking of is the chiller plant.

Here is a pic I took last night after my class... this is the building thats going up between administration and NES

I forgot to include the new Science Building. That one will be massive!! Taller then the MC. So 4 new building being built right now on campus

yea the giant orange cranes in some of the pictures above are from the construction of the Inter-Sci T&R Center
