Needing two more wins, USF will have to make adjustments in order to get to bowl game this year. Assuming USF can play up to expectations and beat Louisville on 11/21 none of the other games will be gimmes. Here is a breakdown:

WVU 10/31 - USF 2-1 on Friday nights since 2005 and USF has a typically lost 2 games in a row.

Rutgers 11/12 - USF has not won a game on Thursday night since 2005 (0-4).  Going on the road to New Brunswick, NJ. Will not make things easier.

Louisville 11/21 - Must have win for USF to get to a bowl game

Miami 11/28  - Tough game against a team that has been tested early in the year. Will USF match the level of play?

Connecticut 12/05 - USF is 1 -2 in Storrs, CT with the only win coming in 2000.

What teams do you think USF will beat in order to get bowl eligible?

I know the bowls only require a set number of wins, but in my opinion, a team that loses a game 41-7 (provided the score doesn't change anymore) doesn't deserve to go to a bowl game. Yet one more problem with the current system, rewarding mediocrity.

Was hoping for the best, but I don't think we'll go to a bowl this year. We played violation teams early this season, did beat FSU, but have since stunk. It's likely we don't even win another game this season.
