Olukemi commits to Oklahoma st immediately after his visit to Tampa. This is unbelievable! It was shocking that Young commited to Wainwright and DePaul, but I never seen this in recruiting before.

Did Olukemi and his people play Stan Heath? It certainly looks like that was the case. USFnation and Greg Auman both had stories on how USF was in good shape with Olukemi and according to his coach South Florida had a great chance to land him with a good visit. I never heard of a kid having a bad official visit and one to Tampa shouldn't be bad.

This is easily the worse recruiting weekend for Stan Heath since he has been HC here and the question is why is he having a hard time closing out these recruits and where do they go from here?

With Cobb, Young, and Olukemi off the boards, the last 2 names really dig deep. KC Ross Miller and Tyshawn Bell are up next and frankly if we can't get both guys then it will be a failure in the HC to close out on his targets. The new assist coaches did an outstanding job of getting these guys interested in USF, but it is the HC who has to close and Heath is swinging and missing at the plate.

Do you think that maybe former USF commit Teng Akol may have had a word to say about USF and Stan Heath to Olukemi?

No because Akol had a lot of respect for Heath and wanted to play for him. It was the school that didn't accept him.
