:rainy   50% chance of rain tomorrow afternoon.  It seems like the past couple years it's rained during the tailgate of the 1st game.  I know its Sept. in Tampa, but come on!  Is a sunny afternoon too much to ask?

where did you get the 50% number?   As of 2 hours ago, NOAA had it at 40% early in the day, dropping to 20% in the afternoon.
