Ever felt this strongly about your sports team (perhaps after a lot of drinking)?

I have felt passionate and enraged at sporting events. Even to the point of things getting physical. But, running on the field? Rioting with police?

This use to be pretty regular back in the 80's and 90's, West Ham and Millwall have deep roots back to the hooligan days and they are hated rivals of each other.  Their grounds are about 5 miles apart.

Generally there are very little fighting in the stadiums nowadays as they are heavily segregated, at least in England.  Italy, not so much.

The Movie Green Street is all about the West Ham Firm, The Football Factory is about the Chelsea head hunters, both great films that give an insight into the world of hooliganism.
