That's a very very elite list of D-lineman on both the first and second teams, the fact that he is on either speaks volumes about his talent....I guess he wasn't 1st team because he had only 5 sacks but the explanation really showed why his numbers weren't higher, he also was routinely held out of the second half of a lot of games because his coach wanted the younger guys to get more experience

Here is a great little clip where Ryne gets a lot of love. First time I saw it - awesome stuff.

But only 5 sacks? I am certain he had many more than that. He sacked Aaron Murray 4 times in the first half

of that game in September. I am going to bed but I am sure someone else can dig up his sack total for '08.
