I doubt that's the problem.

Jim Louk just said that we could get one or two more.

It's likely that there was a screw up getting back the paperwork signed by his guardian. We've run into that problem in the past with JUCO's.

It's also possible that we ran out of scholarships and are trying to get some other player to redshirt, since Jacquain would play right away.

I guess we will find out soon enough. leavitt might mention something, but not the name of the player he might be still waiting on.
