One, those databases are not always accurate on who actually has an offer.

Second, it may not be a commitable offer.  Meaning that the staff may have several guys ahead of him before accepting his commitment.  This is speculation, but given Battles, Bellamy already in and possibly also Scott and Lamar and McBurse available they may be slowing down on other backs.  Just a guess. 

Or he may be waiting for an official visit to commit.

I've know him for a long time. He had a relative graduate from USF and that is part of his motivation to attend. He is hesitant to commit because of the number of RBs USF is recruiting, not to mention the ones already attending and he wants to play RB.
