As someone mentioned before, we are playing, and starting, much of our CUSA recruits.  These are guys that didn't have the mindset of playing for a big time college program much less a title contender when they committed.  I think the accomplishments expected of these walk-ons and D-2 caliber players is too much.  Look forward to a bright future though.

bull

We have talent, but it is not developed properly and not used properly.  How is it your only true playmaking WR is not thrown to until the last drive of the game?  Grothe is a football player.  He is a mobile QB, but they only roll him once or twice all game.  How about putting him in a position to use his legs.we do not know how to throw a fade.  We haven't thrown a true fade since the PSU game in 2006.we don"t know how to set plays up. Run into the middle of the field and then ummthrow a WR screen.  How about play action so the LB don't drop into coverage throw to a TE?  Maybe teach the WRs to run a route past the 1st down marker and not 1 yaed in front.  That is if they catch the ball.

On defense how about helping the CBs out by putting a S over the top to help out.we saw that once all night.

I knew clock mgmt would be a major problem.  It has been for a long time.

Talent is there.  Leadership lacking.
