True, but all we can do is look at the polls.  After all, we have polls that determine the two teams that will play in the NC game.

Five teams in the Top 33 (from the AP poll, which is less biased IMO... since coaches would sometimes vote for their conference teams).

The Big East is a bad conference and I dont need to know who beat who and what not.  Its obbvious.

Good basketball conference, besides USF and Bad football conference, besides, maybe USF.  The jury is still out on us.

the Big East simply isn't a bad conference.

some of our better teams suffered bad losses early [WVU losing to ECU and Colorado come to mind], but two of our 8 teams are 6-2, and four of our 8 teams are 5-2.

when 6/8 teams are 5-2 or better two thirds of the way thru the season, we are not  a bad conference.

we may not have a single dominant team this season the way WVU or Louisville have been the past couple years, but every year, year in year out 6 of our 8 teams will give u a tough game.

I agree, I would take a conference where the conference title is up for groups among 7 out of 8 teams then one where one or two teams are constantly dominate.  It  shows the world that from top to bottom we are a tough conference. (minus Syracuse)
