It wouldn't surprise me one bit if Tribble was selected as the commish. I don't think it will happen but it still wouldn't surprise me. 

Tribble was the President of the Orange Bowl prior to UCF so he has TV contract negotiation experience.  I think that he is the type of person that looks out for the best interests of his employer not his former employers.  Also, he doesn't have the final say in the matter, the presidents do. 

ucfchad is just gloating for gloating sake. I too remember him saying he would leave after the ucf game, WTF happened?

The Big East Commish will probably whoever is the #2 or 3 guy behind the current commish.  See how the current NFL Commish got his job for rexample
