I want to set my dvr to record the game but not sure if it is available live.

it's digital cable, not just HD channels.  channels 100 to 167 aren't HD.

My best friend said last night hey got ESPNU on HD on Brighthouse now in Orlando.

Do they have it in Tampa yet?
