Absolutely embarrassing to lose to the worst team in baseball.  They lose their focus so easily.  Playing down to the competition is gonna knock them out of the playoffs.  They suck on the road and have too many road games left to stay in it.  If they can't beat the mariners they can't beat anybody.  Sure, they'll win at home but I guess going outside screws them up.

Time to bring up price and baldelli.

What a wasted season.  Give the fans hope then smash it to the ground.  Thanks for nothing.

Give it a rest.  It's the 4th freaking inning of 1 game out of 162.  Longoria is out and Barlett isn't playing in the field.  Learn something about baseball or never post here again.

Make all the excuses you want.  Good teams beat crappy teams like the mariners.  This is a sign that the rays aren't making the playoffs when they lose these types again.  Especially against a guy coming out of the bullpen to make his 3rd start.  Garza is inconsistent and the batters continue to waste opportunities.  Don't waste your time on the rays, they're gonna start fading away.  Twins keep winning and will take the wild card.  Too many road games to make the playoffs, especially if this is the worst team they play.

Twins are 4.5 games behind the Rays and are 6-4 in their last ten.  The Rays are 8-2 in their last ten.

for example, did you just not see the rays score 6 runs in the 6th to take the lead?

6 runs with 2 outs in the 6th really turned things around.

And of course the DEVIL rays do what they do best.  Get your hopes up then smashe them down again.  Take a 7-5 lead then blow it...to the MARINERS!!!!  Absolutely terrible.  Now the bullpen is pitching like @ss too.  Struggling against bad teams...not a sign of a contender.

That's right, leaving more guys on base.  Pena gets 2 great pitches to at least get a sac fly and strikes out.  Why do they make these bad teams look so good?
