More of that "holier than thou" attitude going up in flames. O'Liar gave Brandon Marshal a slap on the wrist when he was arrested for assaulting a policeman and resisting arrest. In fact, his suspension was not even publicized until after Marshall left UCiF. Apparently, Marshall could have used some of that tough love that O'Liar always talks about b/c the moron is going to throw away his career as noted by the link below. I hope this guy is suspended for a year by the NFL, which would be lenient considering there are many whispers around NFL circles that Marshall's big mouth and spraying of champagne on a gang banger is what led to his teammate being gunned down. O'Liar and Marshall would be great drinking buddies.

EDITOR'S NOTE: As word of this article has spread, some outlets have misinterpreted one fact presented in this report. Three people were given protection by a stalking restraining order from Fulton County Superior Court. ONE, and ONLY ONE protective order was issued. That one order, however, gave protection to three different individuals.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

For roughly 2 years since being drafted by the Denver Broncos, Brandon Marshall has been living in a quiet Highlands Ranch suburb in unincorporated Douglas County. CompleteColorado.com is first to report that during that time, Douglas County Deputies have been dispatched to, or have taken 911 calls for Marshall's home no less than 6 times.

In all but one of those instances, no police report was filed.

Additionally, CompleteColorado.com is first to report that Marshall also had his driver's license suspended in August of 2007 in Orange County, Florida. The DL suspension came after a traffic ticket for excessive speed. The Broncos wide receiver has multiple traffic offenses in Florida. It is unknown at this time if the driver's license suspension was carried out, and if so, for what length of time. However, it still places a new context around the fact that Marshall has accumulated 28 points of driving charges here in Colorado all within 12 months of suffering a driver's license suspension in Florida.

CompleteColorado is also first to report that three individuals were granted (via a single judgement), a temporary protective order against Marshall for stalking. None of those individuals were Marshall's ex-girlfriend, Rasheeda Watley.

When the Douglas County Sheriff's Office was presented with the fact that Deputies were dispatched 6 times, and no report was filed in 5 of those instances, DCSO spokeswoman Cocha Heyden said, "It essentially comes down to that no matter what the call for service, if our deputies arrive and can find no evidence of a crime then it is unlikely that a report would be written..."

Incident #1, February 14th, 2007 Douglas county deputies went to Marshall's home to service a warrant. It is unknown at this time what or whom the warrant was for.

Incident #2, July 3rd, 2007.

Deputies were dispatched to Marshall's home in response to a harassment call. Dispatch notes indicate that a security guard "threatened to kill" a Denver Bronco, whose name was redacted in the dispatch notes obtained by CompleteColorado. But because Marshall's name is NOT redacted in the report, it follows that the individual that was threatened was not Marshall. However, the dispatch notes indicate that someone at the scene (perhaps even Marshall) wanted to keep either the unknown Bronco or Marshall out of any official report. Deputies were dispatched, but no complaint was taken or filed.

The Douglas County Records Office informed CompleteColorado.com that the 911 tapes of this incident are unavailable because tapes are only archived for one full year.

Incident #3, November 19th, 2007.

Deputies were dispatched to Marshall's home to serve an arrest warrant on an individual named Carl Carrell. CompleteColorado.com has learned that Carrell is a close friend not only of just Brandon Marshall, but also of the wider Marshall family. Court documents indicate that Carrell is also a business partner of Marhsall's brother, Fredrick.

Carrell was wanted for an incident on November 12th, 2007 in which police allege that he beat his ex-girlfriend in the parking lot of a gas station in Lone Tree. The police report also alleges that Carrell dragged his ex-girlfriend along the parking lot pavement to the point that the woman's elbows became bloodied. The report goes on to say that cops could not find Carrell after he fled the scene. He was charged with 2nd degree kidnapping, 3rd degree assault, careless driving, and domestic violence.

One week after the alleged incident, Douglas County Deputies were able to arrest Carrell at Marshall's residence sometime between 6 and 7 in the evening. Court records indicate that Carrell has since pleaded not guilty to the array of charges, and is scheduled for trial in early September.

Mr. Carrell has also recently (August, 07) pleaded guilty to refusing the order of an officer, and had an assault case against him dismissed in 2006.

Incident #4, December 25th, 2007. The Douglas County dispatch office received a call from a woman who “sounded scared.†The woman asked if it was possible to file an anonymous report of domestic violence. Through many long gaps of silence, the woman then indicated to the dispatcher that the violence was not happening at her location (Brandon Marshall's home), but was instead across the street. The caller then hung-up.

After the dispatcher sent a deputy en route to Marshall's home, the dispatcher called the number back. This time, the woman sounded much less tense, and advised dispatch that it appeared as though the incident had come to an end, with the male party driving off from the scene.

CompleteColorado.com asked the Douglas County Records Office to provide a detailed list of all dispatches and 911 calls from all other homes along the same block on which Mr. Marshall lives for the past 18 months. Only three records were found, none of them were domestic violence calls.

Incident #5, May 10th, 2008.

Douglas County Dispatch took a 911 call from a man indicating that he had just seen Brandon Marshall's cousin slam a female onto the hood of a white car. “I just watched it with my own eyes,†the caller told the dispatcher.

The caller's voice has been modified, and portions of the call presented have been redacted to protect the identity of the caller. However, adult language has not been censored from the tape. The caller indicated that a "commotion" had been coming from Marshall's home for some time preceding the alleged violence on the car.

The caller identified Marshall's cousin by name as being Blair Clark.

Deputies were sent to the scene, but no formal report or complaint was ever filed.

Blair Clark was also arrested by Denver Police on August 15th, 2007 for petty theft, threatening to injure a person, and driving without a license. The police report alleges that after Clark skipped out on a $300 restaurant tab, he blocked traffic with his vehicle. When approached by officers, the report alleges that Clark shouted he would “kill and beat the f*** out of the cops.†A CBI background check indicates no other major arrests in Clark's history in Colorado.

Incident #6, June 28th, 2008.

At roughly 2:45 in the A.M., a call was placed to dispatch saying Marshall needed to turn his stereo down. The caller told the dispatcher that he/she would cut off the power if it didn't stop. A deputy was dispatched, and the scene was “cleared†by 3:00 A.M., with no report taken.

In addition to making these incidents public, CompleteColorado.com is first to publish the 911 calls of a domestic incident on March 04th-05th, between Marshall and his (then) girlfriend, Rasheeda Watley.

Later on March 05th, three individuals were granted protection by a temporary protective order against Marshall for stalking. The TPO was voluntarily rescinded two weeks later on March 19th.

The first person listed on the TPO was Kristeena Spivey. Spivey is a friend of Rasheeda Watley's, and was involved in an incident with Marshall in June of 2007. In that incident, Marshall is accused of blocking in Spivey's car, then throwing a brick or rock at the window close to Rasheeda Watley, who was a passenger in Spivey's car. CompleteColorado.com is in the process of trying to obtain the 911 tapes from this particular incident.

My short attention span lost me.  Marshall may be talented, but he's an idiot.

Like Kenyatta Jones.  He's done with the AFL.  He was a great talent, but just couldn't keep his head on straight.

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
