The day JoPa retires is the day he is carried out of his office.    By then Rutgers may be just as attractive.  With success Big East teams will have more options about Bowls, ect.    >:D

The Big Ten bowls are far better than the Big East's.  How do you prepose ours get better?  We're losing the Gator Bowl in 2 years and added a bowl game against the last place SEC team.

Atleast the BEast should always have good bowl records!!

Rutgers will never be as attractive as Penn State.  They need a NC first, and I'm pretty sure USF will take off in the coming 2-3 years.  It just wont happen.  PSU will be a better job and that pine box isn't too far away for JoPa.

I'm not sure why one would think Rutgers' demise would be to our benefit.  The BEAST needs quality teams and coaches to increase BCS clout.  Having Schiano leave and perhaps cause Rutgers to fade back into mediocrity would not be a good thing.

It would be easier for Rutgers to find a good replacement than it would have been five years ago. Schiano's done really well there and raised their stature. He's just a jackass, that's all.
