Bien, Steele predicts that USF and WVU will both be 11-0 when we play. If that were the case, then we probably would both be ranked in the top 6. He predicts that WVU will beat us. What I find strange is why a 12-0 WVU wouldn't be ranked in the top 3, rather than #6. I haven't read his magazine yet, so maybe he explains it somehow.

No. He picks Kansas #30. They have a much tougher schedule than they did last year.

I believe Steele predicts where they will be at the end of the season.  Not where he thinks they are right now.
