man, this would interest me if baseball was a sport that was actually fun to watch... but it isn't. Baseball is so boring... even the Bull's games were tempting me to leave.

Guest Mr. AKA

Here is a simple solution, contract the Rays, have the FLORIDA Marlins play 21 games in Miami, 20 in the Bay area, 20 in Orlando, and 20 in the Jacksonville area.....

The attendance at the Trop and in Miami is laughable, the visiting team often has more fans present than the home team....

Lets be real here.  Most of you posting negative **** on this thread are obviously not Rays fans.  If you were you would be excited about this stadium.  It's easy to critique and say what a bad idea it is if you don't care.  As far as the Marlins, I feel for them.  They've won two world series in the recent past and they are still not supported by their supposed fans.  Miami fans are the worst.  If the Rays would even play .500 ball imagine how much talk and excitement there would be around here.  Before you argue with me on that, think about the Bucs pre-Dungy and the Bolts pre-Vinny and Torts.
