I dont know if any of yall are interested about him he would have been one of the top running backs in the state in a year or two he goes to lakeland highschool and would have been startin next year

Lakeland police arrested and charged Steward Butler, 16, of Lakeland with burglary and grand theft after police say he ran from officers through downtown Lakeland on Tuesday.

Shortly before 3 p.m., a woman, who was not named, left her car unlocked on Michigan Avenue. When she returned, three unknown men who were standing nearby ran, dropping a computer and a cell phone taken from the car.

Butler was later caught by a K-9 officer near Magnolia Street, police said.

Additional arrests are possible as the investigation continues, police said
