I was out on Valentine's Date at Animal Kingdom since we couldn't go out thursday night because we had exams on Friday.  I am excited about the basketball program, especially with the way they have played as of late, but in order for more students to get out of bed on a Saturday at noon (yeah thats where most of them are at noon) they are going to have to believe that the basketball team is going to believe that the team consistenly has a chance to win.

p.s--The oracle isn't exactly great, but I still see plenty of people reading it.  It may not be a bad idea to advertise in their, or atleast talk to someone and maybe get one of their sports hacks to do a piece on thebullspen.com.

Whoa there chief, dont go blaming the students. What pissed me off was the seats across from the student section. I dont know if those are donor or what, but half of those were empty. Dont blame us students

Those seats are occupied by people who have had season tickets from the paschal and before days. Probably atleast 50% of those individuals do not even donate, but a "Re-seat" has yet taken place for basketball so these people just keep renewing because it is inexpensive and they do not have to donate a dime. If athletics would do a basketball re-seat like they did for football it would get half those no shows out of there because they wouldnt donate for the seats when they dont even show up for games.

You do know that this weekend it is one of the biggest race weekends of the year. I was planning on going over to Daytona myself but my plans fell through at the last moment. I think going over to Daytona for the weekend to watch some great racing might out weight going to the b-ball games today for many students.
