It was great to see. I can't tell you the last time I saw USF hoops on TV, and the last time I saw us at all was last year's game up at WSSU. I was excited, save for the sea of empty seats in the Dome.

Great start to the conference season. And the Sun Dome looked halfway decent on ESPN2. Really, really positive way to start 2008 -- I'm psyched.

My 3rd game attended this season and it was by FAR the poorest attended, and the least electricity in the building.

Great game.

Lucky we got Rutgers first, we were favored by 11.5 so its really not that great of a test to how good we are.  (we covered and thensome)

Our first test is Noon Saturday at Syracuse, followed up by a real tough one Wednesday home vs Pitt.

Gransberry plays better a lot harder tonight than he has all season, maybe he was coastin in OOC play.

Nique jones is silky smooth.

chris Howard and Bozeman have been disappointments so far.  Howard wasnt scoring or dishing and I havent seen Bozeman hit a 3 in weeks.  Hopefully he get hot soon.

I like the battle for PF between Chin and Saaka, not sure how they will matchup against better competition but with heath we have a bench and options.

Jesus, we havent seen it yet but he has a great looking shot and im waiting for him to find his stride.

not to mention Stan Heath is such a class act.  Every win he comes off the court and shakes hands and points to the crowd.  the Dome, though not crowded was exciting.  When school is in next week vs pitt I expect it to feel like it did 5 years ago.  greeat win

i have a week from sunday circled on my calender vs WVA in the St Pete Forum.  Im not sure, but I dont think we ever beat Huggins and i cant wait to heckle him.

I have been to every game this year (except Cleveland St.) and I would say the exact opposite.  You must have been eating too many dogs and drinking too many brews

It is amazing the turn around in one year.  We still have to get through a tough Big East schedule, but it does give you some hope.

I don't know whether it is the the fact that we have better players, a better coach or a combination of the two, but I definitely like what I see.

I'm pretty sure we beat him a few years ago when he was with Cincy.

Can't remember the last time our Bulls were so dominate in a conference game.

That would be last season when we beat Rutgers by 20+.

I don't know what you are talking about. But there was a pretty good amount of seats filled and when we hit a big shot the crowed roared. I thought it was a great game and turnout and it is only going to get better as the season goes on.

I was there in the student section. I had a blast too. Unfortunately, I can't make any of the games at the Forum. :/ But I'm gonna try to make as many as possible that are in the Sun Dome.
