You guys are assuming Selvie will be here after next season.  If he puts up the stats he did this year, regardless of who they came against and if he is one dimensional, he will be a first or second rounder.  There's plenty of speedrushers in the NFL who are one dimensional who are well sought after.  Ever hear of Simeon Rice?  I think "our year" is next season as a JR Selvie will hide alot of the inexperience at CB.  If the QB doesn't have time to throw and let routes develop, then CBs will look a lot better as they don't have to cover for as long and there's less on the throw leading to easier balls to defend.

Interesting but not probable.  Selvie will be a full term guy.  Our best ball could be next year but I think another 8-4 +/- is probable. 

Selvie, with another 15-25 lbs, will be a greater factor though.
