they should have said...

usf's oline will be healthy, grothe is protecting the ball, ford has learned the offense = best usf team of the year

oregon without dixon = not great

therefore we are ranking the usf win 32

Just biased towards this game because it is on CBS, not ESPN. I seriously witnessed more press last season when USF was on the PapaJohns Bowl because it was on ESPN. That is just the way it goes in this business. No need for ESPN to promote a game that is going to be competing with their games on DEC 31st.
