As of now I have a room treserved at the La Quinta on Remcon. I am traveling solo. I can get out of that reservation if somebody already has a room. I am in town from the 29th to the 1st. The room at the La Quinta is $75 a night.

Let me know. I'd like to save some cost. So I can buy more alcohol  in Mexico.

Don't know if you or someone else would be interested, but there is an inexpensive youth hostel downtown in an old hotel with some history behind it.  Check the Frommer's Guide previously posted for link info.

Don't do it. I have seen the documentary entitled "Hostel"....it is suicide.
