Just saw it on cbssportsline.    I guess he couldn't take being in CDOA any more despite a winning season.  I only mention it because of his quality over quantity comment when USF was trying to get into CDOA.

Had me confused there, I had known Southern Miss (USM) took the CUSA slot in the Pizza Bowl, but when I saw SMU I had thought Southern Methodist (also in CUSA)
