That I completely agree with. OSU has not earned to p[lay in the NC game, while Kansas has.

I know it's temping to want to root for WVU to be in the NC, since it looks good that we beat em earlier, but think of it in another way:

We could easily be Kansas right now. Imagine if we were undefeated, which we easily could have been, and were looking at possibly being left out of the NC game. About 98% of us would say that we deserved to be in it...so lets not by hypocrites saying that Kansas should be left out

not totally true, if Kansas loses tomorrow like every #2 team has done this season and WVU wins, then WVU will move up to the #1 spot.  remember the only thing separating WVU from being #1 is Kansas.

I'm pulling for WV and Kansas in the title game.  And I would pull for WV to win.

USF would then have beaten the national champions.

AND---we'd have both Kansas AND WV on our schedules next year.

I'm very VERY confident that we can beat both.

As a USF fan I very, very strongly dislike WV... With that said, as a Big East fan, having WV in the NC and/or winning it is great for the Big East and thus great for the bulls. Dear I say, good luck WV??

Kansas has beaten (assuming they go undefeated until the bowl) Oklahoma and Missouri, two teams currently in the top 10.

But of course, West Virginia's loss to an unranked team (ok, ranked in one poll) and wins over two teams in the bottom 5 of the top 25 (one of which will be dropping out of the top 25 assuming WVU wins) is sooooooooo much more impressive than Kansas's undefeated season and two top 10 wins  :
